COMPANY

   FINEVEX was formed in 1994 and it is a member of:

  • Romanian Chamber of Financial Auditors (CAFR)
  • National Association of Romanian Valuers (ANEVAR)
  • The Body of Expert and Licensed Accountants of Romania (CECCAR)
  • Romania Association of Chartered Technical Experts (CET)

The company is registered at Romania National Securities Commission (CNVM) as a financial auditor and valuer for the capital market (securities market) and is one of the 8 companies which fulfil the conditions for writing down such documents (see http://www.cnvmr.ro - useful information - valuers)

THE COMPANY is organized along the following two departments:

FINANCIAL AUDIT AND ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT

  • Financial audit
  • Internal audit and audit of projects
  • Financial statements review
  • Audit special missions - eg. For compling with a contract stipulations or with some special settlements
  • Assintance in preparing the financial statements
  • IAS / IFRS accounting
  • Cost benefit analysis
  • Any other finance-accounting works
- Training services- for preparing financial statements according to IAS si IFRS
- Recruiting services for companies in finance-accounting field.

CONSULTANCY DEPARTMENT

  • Valuation for financial reporting purposes
  • Valuation for:
    • - companies - shares
    • - financial assets
